The talented Mac Demarco recently announced a North American tour in the fall. The Canadian singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist will be bringing his treasured live performances to cities like Dallas, Austin and Chicago!

Regarding his North American tour, DeMarco says, “I’ve been driving around North America for the past two months in my Toyota, whipping up five easy hot dogs. I visited a lot of new places, a lot of old ones. I saw a lot of old friends, I made new ones too. Keep your eyes peeled, maybe I’ll land in your area soon. As busy as he is, the beloved singer also plans to bring his artists to the top with him. The newly announced dates follow a slew of California shows with support from Vicky Farewell, who is DeMarco’s newest label signing, Mac’s Record Label. Since starting his label with the release of 2019’s Here comes the cowboy, Mac has focused its attention on releasing projects by new artists. One of the label’s signatories includes Australian Tex Crick, whose album, Living in… New Yorkwas released in 2021. Now, before she joined DeMarco on her tour, Vicky Farewell’s debut album, sweet companywas released on April 8.

Later this month, DeMarco will join The Strokes at the Barclays Center in New York before embarking on a brief international tour and select festivals, including the Festival day after day which takes place at the Fisher Green Pavilion in Seattle, WA from August 12-14. DeMarco will headline Saturday.
